NewVa, Naturally

Cory Donovan, Executive Director of the NewVa Corridor Technology Council, asked exhibitors  at NewVa Tech Expo 2008 to reflect on their experiences.

For me, this quote from How Expertise Shapes Decision-Making:  Entrepreneurs vs. Corporate Managers, Stuart Read, IMD applies:

"Does this mean that one needs strong interpersonal skills to become an entrepreneur? Not really, but they help. In order to successfully create a firm, or a market, or a product, there is a very natural partnership element that makes it very hard for the lone genius to do."

Just the way Cory Donovan hoped it would, I saw "the natural partnership element" begin to develop at NewVa Tech Expo 2008 among a lot of geniuses.
